Thanks V- I have an aka goldfinger mat - that i suspect is a NOT Goldfinger
but, the nanas are very tasty.
Does FHIA-01 have persistent male flowers - dirty brachis? sp.:waving:

Bananimal Thanks - How does VC taste and how long to flower? My Orinoco and namwahs usually require overwintering and bloom 2nd season if pstems survive winter.

I got bees too - good to see them.
My Goldfinger just sent up a flag - this is from a mat frozen to the ground last winter - not complaining - just wish summers were longer. :goteam:

Sweet :0517::0517: How tall is your pstem? I have a double but don't know when to expect a bloom - it will be 1st bloom so only one when it happens- i really hope it waits til next season...

The mother D Braz pstem is about 6 ft high and is circled with 5 or 6 young pups they...

Yep- my mats are pretty crowded also - Are you going to thin your pups before winter? or early next spring? Looking for advice - I may need a backhoe for the orinoco mat. :ha:

You should be able to upload your pics to photobucket. No needto buy a camera unless you just want a new one-- then it is smple to paste the image URL directly...

I probably don't apply often enough - I make my own fert... using the mixing link on this site - should result in 25-5-30 mixed from 10-10-10 and a high nitrogen fert.
Also a water soluable from MG...

Orinoco bunch at 14 feet - T namwa bloom and second flag at 11 feet
Namwah was sold as IceCream from Nursery - Think it is Namwah - can anyone verify?? Thanks

The male flowers aren't dropping from the stem - I don't recall my Namwah doing that last year- pretty sure the male flowers drop-- will know soon as my Tall Namwah aka. Ice Cream is pushing a bloom.
