My guess would be Orinoco also. They look like Orinoco and the stiching on the edges of the peel is an Orinoco trait.

FTR, the red stuff is cinder cone. Lava is black and pumice is gray.

I see you have propped your Goldfinger bunch. That is crucial because Goldfinger is susceptible to collapse especially in windy locations. The Goldfinger bananas though are excellent quality.
