Looks like the Namwa Phantom. I've grown thousands of variegated bananas, including the Phantom which lived on it's own for a little over a year. Their variegation is quite different...

The term ladyfinger is kind of a mess, and at least in Hawaii seems to be used for many unrelated types. It's sometimes generically used for any small fingered type, which can include Sucrier types....
