Re: Musa Basjoo Help please

Ken
Is you plant in the ground or in a pot?

Re: Ok now I’m worried...
Nothing wrong. It is all due to rapid growth. The new growth pushes so fast it doesn’t completely harden off and gets sunburn. The new leaf is usually a lighter color and flimsy. They often get...

Nothing wrong. The brown mark is due to rapid growth. The new growth pushes so fast it doesn’t completely harden off and gets sunburn. Totally normally. Plant looks great!

Re: Musa Bordelon Help
It's heat. Some shading from the hot afternoon sun and misting the plants will help some. You said the Basjoe is doing OK, is it getting some shade?

Re: Musa Basjoo Help please
Just an observation.
The plant at that size and growth habit, color, leaf shape does not appear to be a basjoo.
But it could be a look I have never seen before with my plants.
I could be wrong.
I...
