I really like nam wah for bread. It has that firmer non melting kind of flesh, so it holds up well in the bread. I cube it and then mix it in the batter to leave little chunks after you cook it.

My husband has a bakery business and has used all of those (and others) except Pitogo. The bread turns out great regardless of the type.

I would go with a raja puri! They would do great in a large pot and still stay short. 6-7'. Make sure you get the real one though! Most raja puri owners do not have the real raja puri!

Can you post a pic of the yellow spotting? If its the bottom leaves then its probably fine and normal but if its a brand new leaf then not normal. Have to see it to tell you.
