might be drooping after transplant to pots help

I just transplanted two small banana plants to 1.5 gallon pots. I used Miracle-Gro Cactus, Palm & Citrus Potting Mix with about 6 cups perlite and a 2 cups peat moss and the rest is the potting mix....

Can i directly plant in a 100 gal fabric pot? Also what Soil mix should i use and how much manure and compost blend should i add to it at the start?
