good plans there.. im trying 3 ways now with seeds..
1.soak in spring water..keep @ 84F changing every day..for 2 days..then put in moist towel..keep at 84F
2.scarify seed..soak as in plan 1
3.pour...

Sounds good to me too. Like I said in a recent post, I pretty much have started ignoring mine. It seems to work best for me. Let us know how this works out.

A month ago I cut up a tall red banana corm into four pieces after removing two suckers. Each piece had a "node" or bump like the start of a sucker. Well a month later and one new sucker has emerged....

Cool, you'll love it, congrats. I almost moved my family to San Francisco earlier this year.
You can also head into wine country just north of there, Napa Valley.

I can give more later, I will ask my wife as she is the trip coordinator. Oh and let me know if you can drive 20 minutes. If you drive just over the Bay Bridge you can also go to Berkeley and there...
