Ok i am not sure if they are clear enough.
I put some tissue paper behind the leaf and you can see through the spots. In the area there is no tissue paper under the leaf, the spots appear darker...

Thanks for the answer. Yes i have read about the regular Musa Basjoo, but this is a different form of Musa Basjoo (like Sakhalin, Sapporo etc.)
