In my research I found this very interesting article about things they are trying to fix the TR4 problem.. I agree that they should work on Gros Michel if they plan to make Genetically Modified...

Does hanging bunches upside down slow ripening?

I had someone tell me he has personally done it several times and it spreads out ripening time so you don't have to eat them all at once. Anyone know about this from experience?
