Gabes got some points.
The Medium at phytolabs is what I used when I was doing TCing. I found that growing mushrooms was much easier than Tcing Bananas. so I stopped. :)

The fact that Cavendish bananas are often planted in large monocultures, doesn't mean that they must be. If you intend to produce them in a mixed cropping system, then they will not be a monoculture,...

They are not fe'i, but are a wild species that is of the type fe'i was domesticated from. Not all fe'i have totally straight and erect bunches, some have erect bunches but pendant or horizontal...

They can get it and are very sensitive, and because they take so long to grow they are particuarly difficult to have them remain healthy enough to fruit if you are in a high pressure area.
