you dont need to loosen the roots. with the bigger pot its easier not to over water and the roots, if she is happy will go to the edge of the pot in a short period of time.

they do that when the pot falls over and left unattended. you can cut it off or you can plant it in the ground with the com sideways, maybe with the plant going at a slight angle.

but better to put them in the ground now with some sevens dust and 50% shade cloth. they will grow 10 times faster than in pots. 50% shade cloth will keep them from getting sun...

oofda no. :ha: banana seeds are hard to get to grow like palm seeds. they can take as much as a year to pop up. it also has a lot to do with how fresh your seeds are. I haven't had much luck with...

you could......seems like march sometimes throws 1 more in the last couple of days.

if you do and if their small enough keep some garbage cans handy. works great on small plants.
