Yes you can! Plant next to a brick wall, or the side of your house, or some structure that will suck up the heat during the day and release it in the night, i.e, keeping your plants warm...

It might? You can try. Or it might be better to leave the pups on so if you DO dig the pups, and the mother does anyway, then it would be longer for you to get fruit

Not sure. It might be good to leave it. I would dig around the plant and inspect the corm and the roots, without digging it up. Btw corm is the mass that the roots come out of.

One time I had a super dwarf that looked exactly like yours. It made three pups. I did an experiment and removed the pups. The plant looked like CRAP but survived. It doesn't always work but...

Huh........ Maybe a pup is taking over..... Sometimes it happens if the mother is weak and sacrificed itself for it's pups...... Really sucks to be honest. In that case the mother will die and pups...

Let me state the obvious..... It is getting too much sun :ha::08: So move it to an area that doesn't get as much sun :ha:. put a top mulch on top, ideally woodchips, about two to three inches thick....

If it gets to four feet, and never flowers, that suggests that it is a dwarf cavendish. I am not an expert, but that is what I THINK. Does the same stem come back every year, or is it a pup that...
