Black dots on namwah leaves

My namwah leaves have black dots on them. Is this something to be concerned about?

Hiya Small leaves

So i got a little tissue culture banana from wellspring and i potted it poorly and it was not happy and not growing. The pot got knocked over and i had to repot it. It got happy and started growing...

so i have a dwarf or super dwarf cavendish (can't remember) growing in a pot in my snake room. it is under 12 hours of light a day, the room stays between 70-80 year round. it has been the best...
