Not sure what you have there but it looks 6'-8' tall to me. Height is determined by measuring the main trunk to the point where the flower emerges excluding the top leaves.

There's a big debate whether or not Cali Gold is a regular Dwarf Orinoco.
The plant was originally identified by Jeff Earl as a mutation of Dwarf Orinoco.
It's supposed to be even more cold hardy...
