Yes, pitangadiego says never remove anything green. Anything green is adding energy to the plant. Cuttings them off is like disconnecting a solar panel. The plant will let you know when a leaf is not...

So, my Sikkimensis is about to bloom, I'm wondering how long it takes for fruit to develop?
We have 3-4 months of active growth and it would be nice to obtain few ripe seeds from it :)

It looks like too much fertiizer to me, but i didnt see you mention anything about changing fert amounts etc.. who knows, sometimes these plants do strange things with emerging leaves. Ive got one...
