Shock from be moved is some of the problem I think, but a larger will draining pot won't hurt. It may also be over watered, let it dry out between watering. It's slowing down on growth for thr season...

20-20-20 water soluble on my plants.

I would wait until spring, right now it will slow in growth or go dormant. The roots won't be doing much right now, if it's ok where it is I'd wait.

Too much water, your pot needs to drain well. I would put it in a larger pot and let it dry out between watering's. I don't think those self watering pots work well with Banana's.

Even with lighting they may slow in growth or go dormant for the season. Give them as much light as you can, don't over water, if your sliding door is opened much they may not like the cooler air...

It's still the end of the growing season what ever the temperature is. Don't over water, they will grow better when spring comes around.

Your correct, it's 2 plant's, each plant has a pup. One in a pot pupped for me and one that was planted in the ground pupped for me. The one in the pot I gave to my brother, my sister in law said...

How tall is the plant it came from? Looking like a dwarf Cavendish or super dwarf Cavendish from the pic's, maybe. Hard to tell without seeing a bloom or fruit.

It's slowing down or going dormant for the season, this is normal. Do not over water, let it dry out between watering's. Then water sparingly, pic's and location help with solving questions.

I winter mine over in my basement 55F to 60F, some in pot's some bare root. The ones in pot's get light from a couple 4ft fluorescent's and very little water, the bare root ones get very little...
