100% normal. Those are “male flowers. They will fall off. What you currently see is all the bananas your plant will make. Good job! :nanadrink:

What if the flowering stem got cut\or was frozen back, taking several feet off the pstem? To me looks like the leaves are too far apart on the trunk, and it is too thin to be a dwarf. Just a guess :)...

i respectfully disagree.. look at the third photo she posted most recently. I looks to me like the flower is around 5/6ft off the ground. If it is dwarf namwah, that fruiting stem will darn near...

My guess is the fruiting p stem is 5 1\2 feet tall. Isn't dwarf namwa, too tall. http://www.bananas.org/gallery/watermark.php?file=38425&size=1...

I cant really tell from the photo, but using your house a a reference im guessing your PSTEM is about 8 or 10ft? Im wondering if you have tall namwah or dwarf? Any idea how tall your PSTEM is? Thanks!
