I have had good germination rates with seeds from Mark Davies, it is the only supplier I know that will post to Poland from their ebay shop, not sure if you can also order from the main website too....

Just wondering if you tried this? I'm in Manchester, UK, so we have harsher weather than most of the UK with high wind, so, I keep all my bananas indoors here but their size will become an issue...
