Press it slightly in normal potting soil and keep it upright with a few sticks.

400 and 600 watt bulbs, no LED lights. In my opinion...

Colored thread titles

I know it is one of the many features on this board but it hurts my eyes.

3. Just dig them up before the first frost, don't remove the soil from
the corm and store it vertically in a not to cold place. Let it dry out
and mist the corm occasionally with water in the winter....

My guess is that your setup absorbed the moisture floating down that
slightly sloping part of your garden. Probably the ground was very wet
close to the banana?
