After searching on this forum about lost variegation of ae ae, I apply some 24-8-16.
I think that or some minor elements in that fertilizer helps to bring back the variegation.
But there isnít any...

It's hard to tell, but based on the fact that you got it from Lowe's it's probably a Namwah. Still a great plant with great fruit and cold hardiness to boot.

They are not. True Apple/Manzano is a quite different plant than Brazilian, which is called Apple in Hawaii, hence the confusion. Both are great, but the fruit are easy to tell apart. For example,...

Regarding Dwarf Namwah, it ranks highly in terms of both cold hardiness and taste, so it should steamroll right on through your 'winters' and give you terrific fruit.
