Now you an good idea how long it takes to go from pup to flower in your area based on your fertilizer schedule, rainfall, etc. and can adjust the timing of when the pup should...

I think all your plants should make it. The leaves are toast but the main plants should be good. If the plant was fruiting the fruit probably won't make it.

I fertilize monthly during the season but some people fertilize every two weeks due to concerns over washout. Two weeks is better no doubt.
