In my greenhouse, I use insecticidal smoke bombs containing permethrin...found them very effective on spider mites and also kills off adult vine weevils.
Not so effective on aphids, unfortunately.

It seems you are over-watering! Yellowing of leaves is common indication. The roots are rotting. Let them dry out slightly before re-watering...it encourages the roots to develop further ro seek...

It's best to not water them when there's cold weather expected...most plants can tolerate slightly colder temperatures when they are dry...just wrap some horticultural fleece around the remaining...
