I had someone tell me he has personally done it several times and it spreads out ripening time so you don't have to eat them all at once. Anyone know about this from experience?

Most of the times, after I de-flower the Nana fingers and cut the flower bell off, I treat the Nana bunches with Copper and Serenade!....I always have very good and clean Nana...

How is your fertilization? What temperatures are you exposing it to during your areas winter? Looks like it could possibly be a Potassium deficiency if the temps are not the problem.
