FYI - Canada has serious phytosanitary laws, mostly to protect Canadian companies against U.S. competition.

Whomever ships this, I recommend USPS Priority Mail because there is fare less inspection...

It is not Ensete. If it is Dwarf Iholena, then temperatures below 60F might stunt it for several months.

Assuming a tablespoon of each have equal weights of 16 grams, 1 tbsp of 5-1-1 plus 1 tbsp of 0-10-10 gives you two tablespoons of 2.5-5.5-5.5. Mixing that into 1 gallon of water gives you about 210...

That's valid for Santa Barbara northward. From the L.A. area southward you can expect 90F midday temperatures many summer days at the beach.

If a rinsing doesn't get it under control, get yourself a bottle Spinosad from a big box store, a nursery, or online if you have to. Basically, it's bacteria poop that kills weak insects like aphids...

No, but the entire site appears to be a bunch of B.S. In particular, a phytosanitary certificate in Thailand is $90 U.S. dollars and the prices are far below that.
