Want to plant it in ground in North Georgia, 7b. Basjoo is easy to get here (Lowes has them now) but I think it gets too big for the area I want. Only reputable place I see it is plantsdelight...

Yeah, I think it should be okay. How are you digging all these pits? My Father in law has a bobcat I can borrow but that's not as good as an excavator. Maybe you are a masochist and do it all by hand?

Yeah, I've thought about a climate battery but most of the ones you see are done in dry climates at elevation. Never seen one for a humid climate. Water table matters too for that, I've seen videos...

What do you do when Banana's flower is ruined?

Cool idea I found a clip from Montana where they build the greenhouse 6ft down and they claim it makes it go from zone 4 to zone 8...

Hi All,

I bought this banana at HD with the wholesalers sticker saying "musa rajapuri".

However it looks like that variety isn't supposed to have any variegation in it.

Any ideas what this could...
