Depends what you are feeding. I use the Fruit Fuel and don’t feed in the month with actual freezing temperatures. The high potassium in it promotes stronger plant cells and subsequently helps...

Looks like Namwah to me. I concur with Gabe, Namwah taste by far better than Blue Java bananas. However, Blue Java bananas can be eye candy though.
