Much of that map (esp. Africa) shows locations that Musa have naturalized; i.e. brought by humans. I believe the original wild range is SE Asia.

Looks like overwatering. I don't see any signs of deficiency.

I would check the roots and see if they are white and healthy! You may need to repot them. I use earth gro potting soil by scots mixed...

The drainage layer simple move the 'pot water table' (wet zone) higher in the pot reducing available growing soil space for the roots.
