Fruit to harvest can vary from variety to location. I have 4 Blue Java in various stages of development. 1st flower was mid April and if I would have to guess I have 30 to 45 days to go....

Your pic's may be to large, I think they need to be 2MB or smaller.

Maybe you could bag the bananas with a banana bag from amazon, with a galvanized mesh on the bottom. Not sure how to share a link to a video, but type in, “how to bag a bunch of bananas”, and click...

If vermin aren’t a problem in your area, I would personally leave them on intill they are starting to turn yellow. If raccoons 🦝 or fruit 🍌 🦇 are a problem, I would harvest them when they are all...
