1. Either you have a nursery stock certificate or take the plant (in a pot with the soil it was growing in) to your county agricultural office and obtain a phytosanitary certificate based on samples...

It is definitely a type of Popo'ulu, there are many though ('Hua Moa' is a type of Popo'ulu) but its difficult to say which one it is without some detailed information.

Many sources say it makes the best tostones along with the Hua Moa. I have one of each and can't...
