I also tend to grow things I don't eat. I have pineapples, bananas, figs (again--why?) and citrus. I love tomatoes and standard fruits/veggies but they're fairly plebeian plants that anyone can grow...

Ponderosa lemon and limequat. Both were purchased in December as was the Sunrise blueberry; all have fruit on them! I love this instant gratification FL gardening.

Shhhhh...don't tell anyone but I have about 50 grocery store lemon seedlings in a pot that I grew just to see if I could grow anything here; I doubt they'll ever produce fruit but this small victory...
