Seriously though, you can't see it well by the picture, but as I said it has a perimetral brown crown around the leaf. I have thought that it might be overwatering...

Just a quick update...check the picture:

after 8 days since trimmed it, put it in a smaller pot and added some expanded wax in the soil (with high content of peat)...
I think is a great result,...

The only rotten part on the stems is 2 inches below the "new" sprout... so I would trim right below there. The only concern I have is that when I trim...
