Mine are small as well. The larger one is probably about 6” or so pseudostem and smaller is around 3”.

Its inside under grow lights / close to the window most of the time with occasional morning sun like it got today. Will deff need a shady spot when planted.

I have noticed the variegation seems to fade after a little bit. Thought maybe was sun issue so trying diff spots in my yard, it does seem happy. Didn't think about the watering.

Substrate matters, roots need to breathe moreso than i thought. The soil I used before was labeled a well draining soil but even that may not have been enough. Overwatering hard to do when the...
