farm supplier was what I was going to suggest,, I get 50 pound bag of triple 13 for $15.00. and I can get it with pelleted lime as a filler if needed,, same price.

i cut mine off even with the ground, cover with straw and then the leaves, then cover with some kind of net to keep the leaves from blowing off,( I use a throw net for catching fish bait)

no they don't get used much at all,

the plants I moved in last winter did not do as well, just kinda kept dieing off, but they made it through and are doing fine now outside

when I got all these out and inspected what I had and where to put them, a couple had rotten parts of the stem and had to be cut back until I saw green in the center, about 10 or 11 in the morning,...

Yes, I forgot to mention that, they were approximately the same size and were planted at the same time. I don't have a pic of them right after planting but as I remember they were only maybe a foot...

the one on the left did not grow as good as the other one and im sure that is was due to the soil,,...

Had about four days of high temps in the upper 70's low 80's and lows in the 70's,, (very nice) .

now we are down to the lows in the mid 30's and highs only in the 50's.
