Yes, I see what you mean on that new leaf. It does look like it is variegated, looks as nice as the pearls do. I hope it turns out to be variegated for you.

I don't know anything about it being cholortic but I do have some new Misi Luki that seem to have a bit of variegation too, I took it this was just normal and would go away once the plant got growing...

Maybe but usually I expect to get what I actually buy and so far there are 2 people here who say they didn't get exactly what they ordered. That really makes me wonder.
