I used the contact form on the FHN website. If I don't get replacement plants, I'll just dispute the charge with my credit card company. I won't ask twice.

Update - I cut off the broken stems and put the plants in a larger pot. The 2 blue java plants have begun to sprout in the center of the stem, but the dwarf cavendish has not. The mailing tube the...
