I wouldn't run the light over night. Your plant needs darkness. If anything, use the light for daytime warmth and supplementary light if needed.

It is normal growth for Musa. As the pstem gets larger it “outgrows” its outer leaves/layers. So they split in the middle like this.

It looks fairly good for an inside plant! Good job!

lights are probably ok. don't know. full HOT SUN seems to get them.

don't think I would worry about the crack right now. just keep an eye on it. nothing you can do about it anyway that I know of. if...

you might want to watch it, could be a choke but I doubt it. looks like its growing fine.

might not be a dwarf cavendish. looks more like a sumatrana cross. [might be.] if you had a zebrina rojo you...

Looks like a normal dwarf cavendish or maybe a high color mini which is a form of dwarf cavendish.
