Well in that small town Oak Park, if I had lived there I would make some sort of Potager du Roi! Well with vegetables you can make a very ornamental garden! Much nicer for the eye then a boring lawn....

Well there are several bananas you can grow in Greece, M. basjoo, M. sikkimensis, that M. Orinoco and probably some other ones from China.

Well I only have M. basjoo and M. sikkimensis, those 2 can overwinter outside with good protection. Saves a lot of work.
