I’ve found that my young pups get scorched in the MIami Sun. The last 3 -4 years progressively getting hotter.

Great idea. Building a shelter is certainly in my immediate future.

Hi welcome,
Yes, be worried.
But it’s fixable. You’re mix isn’t lush enough for bananas they’re heavy feeders.
Add any compost top soil to the soil mix no more than an inch of water �� in containers....

Hmm maybe late for this post but hope it helps.

The yellowing is two fold.

1) Fungus, too much water, too small container.
2) Small white bugs?
Fungus can be combated by using copper (Southern AG)...
