Hi welcome,
Yes, be worried.
But it’s fixable. You’re mix isn’t lush enough for bananas they’re heavy feeders.
Add any compost top soil to the soil mix no more than an inch of water in containers....

Hmm maybe late for this post but hope it helps.
The yellowing is two fold.
1) Fungus, too much water, too small container.
2) Small white bugs?
Fungus can be combated by using copper (Southern AG)...
