Banana species and cultivars grown?:
Right now I have an every growing collection of Musa itenerans (sp?) "Mekong Giant" that numbers around 40 plants in my back yard.

I also have some Musa ornata growing in a pot, though they've been neglected for a few years.

I recently planted some "Black Thai" bananas and am hoping to get a good stand going year after year.

I previously had "Ragi Puri" which looked beautiful but did not survive over winter. I have also tried red bananas that did not do so well.
