Here is a picture of how i overwinter my Basjoo's, i cut all the leaves off, mound up some mulch around the base of the plant and place pallet's around the plant then fill with straw and cover with a waterproof sheet.
This is the second winter i have done this and the plant grows from it's previous height next spring. |
