The last nice day to get out and dig came today Nov 1. The wheelbarrel in the picture is a double wheel big 8 wheelbarrel. The ensete weighed close to 200lb.

I guess I should have dug it up ealier and let it dry out a bit, I waitet about 2 days to store it. The next spring it was about 50 lbs

What was your method for overwintering ? Mine has got so big I will have to overwinter this way!!
