1 yr old banana. Growing fast, but each time a new leaf unfurls, another dies. Death is of oldest leaf, beginning at leaf tip.
Banana is grown in Charleston SC in well draining sandy loam soil. This summer, gets daily irrigation for 15 min from lawn sprinkler about 7' away. |
