Anyone knows if these dwarf red bananas will bear fruit? I had them for 3 years and they keep growing taller and taller but no fruit.

Does anyone know if these red bananas will bear fruit or are they decorative. When I purchased them the label said dwarf red banana but it is now 12ft tall and almost 3 years old and no fruit coming out. This question is about the first two trees in this picture. Any comment will be highly appreciated. Thanks!
