Hopefully you like the Red Custard Apple "Corazon" (Annona Reticulata)!...It is one of my favorite fruits!......
To find out when the Red Custard Apple it is ripe, "use the avocado concept", means touch and squeeze the fruit gently looking for completely softness of the whole fruit, not in one part only....Sometimes the fruit starts to soften on top only...that it is a good indication that eventually it will ripe completely....Do not open the fruit until it is ripe (soft) completely, the whole fruit!....enjoy!......
