How long has your temperature been in the 50s F? Your banana bunch looks very healthy but development will be slow with such low temperatures. Eventually your bananas will be ready for harvest but it could be a long time. Even down here at this time of year with average temperatures in the 60s F, highs in the 70s F and lows in the 50s F, bananas fill in slowly.
