Do yours have the blue colour yet? My bunch is over 10 weeks old now they are starting to fatten up but no blue colour yet.

Yes, they definitely have the blue color with a silverish coat. It did not take 10 weeks or longer to get to that color, just a few days.
Have you posted some pictures in the ID section? You might have a Namwah type which taste very yummy. A lot if not all banana plants you buy in nurseries here in the US are mis-labeled as Blue Java Ice Cream plants but they are not. I do not know if that applies to Australia as well. Post a photo of your plant, flower and fruits in the ID section for all of us, so we can try to help you ID your plant.

I live in Australia I bought the plant as a TC and have not heard they are sold incorrectly here. I'll take some pics and post in the I'd section to be sure. I have the bananas inside a cover to stop the local wildlife from eating them this might be preventing the blue color to show as it tinges everything green.
