Bill, I think you should call that one a Dracaena Draco.
A red cordyline is an other plant.
From what I know, the difference between Draceana and
Cordyline is that the roots differs.
I have a cordyline australis in my gallery.

Thanks, just writing what the tag said, after looking it up on google, I believe it is Cordyline Hawaiian Ti or a variety of Little Sister, any further assist is by far welcome as I an tottally new to this and got this plant because it was so nice looking!
