try a smaller pot..my guess it is real wet at the bottom...eaiser to regulate water in small pot...as it gets bigger then go to bigger pot..i do start a few in pots,i let them get a little root bound before i go a size up..might help

put it on a heat mat, and repot it in a smaller pot.

Thanks for your suggestions! I have replanted it and have already seen some new growth in about a week's time. Check out my new photo to see this plant (hopefully) making a comeback!
