I envy you with your superb bunch of bananas...here in rain-sodden chilly England I don't think we've much chance of matching you, in fact we'll be lucky just to get a flower this year, never mind any fruit. But, one must live in hope, which is what it's all about. I've got dwarf orinoco, cavendish and rajipuri all looking a bit sorry for themselves in my greenhouse which I can't afford to heat above 10 degrees celsius, and there's still at least four months to go before they can go outside. Enjoy your fruit!
