I knew the inflorescence looked strange. All the flowers were small and not developing... In fact it seemed they were rotting. Now I know why: throat choke! The developing bananas are just beginning to push through... So I hope they develop properly. This has also given me an idea of what species this is: Musa Rajapuri.


This is in a greenhouse that is watered with grey water as part of a water recycling system, so I have no control over the quantity of water these plants get!
